Semarang | Thousands of Nursing and Health Sciences alumni in Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang are great potential for the sake of Unimus development and for alumni themselves. Their contribution such as thought, materi for development and enhancement of institution is absolute thing to do. Referring to that reason, Fikkes need to organise a forum that can gather all of the alumni, students, lecturer, and Fikkes Board of Executive into university homecoming themed “Alumni Napak Tilas ke Kampus”, on Sunday (23/12/2018). This agenda was conducted in FK Hall of Unimus, and participated by hundreds of alumni from Diploma III and Undergraduate Program of Nursing, Diploma III and Undergraduate Program of Nutrition, Diploma III Program of Midwifery, Diploma III and IV Program of Health Analyst, Undergraduate Program of Food Technology and Nurse Profession Education.

 

Unimus elders attended FIKKES Homecoming 2018

Vice Rector I Unimus, Dr. Sri Darmawati, M.Si. who attended and opened the agenda stated that this homecoming was beneficial for university and alumni. “One of its benefit is tracer study for accreditation. Referring also that the indicator of accreditation assessment aspect is the success of alumni in working world. By conducting such activity, data of alumni working institution will be gathered,” she explained. Dr. Sri Darmawati, M.Si. also explained that data or information about the alumni can be the evaluation material for university. “Besides, Unimus would like to build good rapport with alumni,“ she added. In the agenda, such meeting was conducted to form board of management for FIKKES Alumni Association. According to the meeting, the chosen management are chairperson: Arwani, MN (S1-Nursing) ; Secretary: Sony Kurniawan, S.TP (S1-Food Management); and Treasurer: Tri Nuryani (D3 Nutrition).
