Administrators of Lazizmu for Unimus area along with the Rector of Unimus and Chairman of Lazismu for Central Java Area
Semarang, January 24, 2018 Institute of Amil Zakat Infaq and Sadaqah Muhammadiyah (Lazismu), a national-level organization focusing on the community empowernment through productive utilizations of zakat, infaq, waqf and sadaqah, which was established Muhammadiyah Central Executive Board, has just inaugurated new administrators for the area of Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang (Unimus). The inauguration was led by Prof. Dr. H. Masrukhi, M.Pd., the Rector of Unimus) witnessed by Dodok Sartono, S.E. (Chairman of Lazismu), the vice chairman, and the academicians at Unimus.
Those inaugurated were Drs. M. Taberi Hasany (Head of Service Office), Mamdukh Budiman, S.S., M.Si. (Program Staff), Ayu Noviani Hanum, S.E., M.Si., Akt.(Fundraising Staff), Akt.), Andwiani Sinarasri, S.E.., M.Si., Akt. (Marketing Staff), and Nugraheny Yunita, S.E. (Financial Administration). One of the purposes of the inauguration was to make it easier for people in general as well as lecturers, staff, and students at Unimus to do alms-giving activities in form of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah that would be managed trustfully, professionally, transparently, and seriously. Besides, it hopefully could create some new things in form of new ideas that could be collaborated with the available ones. The organization is expected also to be able to work together and collaborate with various parties, by taking into account religious, social values, and justice. With proper planning, management, and fundraising control, the focus is to get big results collectively.
Dodok Sartono stated that, the “spirit of Lazismu is to help anybody in need, believing that there are 5 keys to creating the Lazismu team resilient, i.e. clear and well-measured common goal and then Acton Plan from the beginning till the end, final goal achievement, and careful planning. The third and fourth ones are clear Role of the Game and 100% participation. Meanwhile, the fifth one is Strong Leader, who is clear and having a power. “Anything will be successfully managed if we use the philosophy of fingers. Thumb means having a character, discipline and honesty as well as being trustful. Index finger means focus. Middle finger means assuring the qualities of products and services. Ring finger means building network. And, the philosophy of pinkie is attention to detail,” chairman of Lazismu added in his greeting.
