Semarang | In order to improve its education quality, a higher education institution should broaden its network for the sake of its development. Referring to that, Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang (Unimus) would synergies the relationship with every parties, one of which is Islamic hospital, Rumah Sakit (RS) Roemani Muhammadiyah Semarang. This signing MoU and MoA was conducted by both parties and was signed by Rector of Unimus, Prof. Dr. Masrukhi, M.Pd. and the Director of RS Roemani Muhammadiyah Semarang, dr. Sri Mulyani, Sp.A., M.Kes in Unimus Rectorate meeting room, on Friday (31/01/2020). In addition, signing MoU and MoA between RSGM Unimus and RS Roemani Semarang was represented by drg. Bawa Adiwinarno, M.MedEd.

“Collaboration in health sector is able to broaden the network in the future. For instance, in this globalisation era, where any challenges in medical (health), we need to collaborate for better future. It is started from education and learning process, clinical practice, technology development and research area,” explained Rector of Unimus. Furthermore, Prof. Dr. Masrukhi, M.Pd. added that Unimus and Roemani are under Muhammadiyah, it is expected that both institution will collaborate each other.

The agenda was proceeded to signing Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between Faculties in Unimus with RS Roemani Muhammadiyah Semarang. The faculty representation were dr. Aisyah Lahdji, MM, MMR (FK), drg. Hayyu Failasufa (FKG), Dr. Sayono, S.KM, M.Kes (Epid) (FKM), and Dr. Ali Rosidi, SKM, M.Si (Fikkes).
