In his talks, Dr. Abdul Mu’ti, M.Ed stated that halal bihalal momentum is the opportunity for us to perform spiritual refreshing, social refreshing, and psychological refreshing. “Idul fitri teaches us to perform spiritual refreshing through a month-fasting to be better, muttaqin and optimistic persons. It is in line with QS Ali Imron: 135 “And those whom having done with southing to b ashamed of, or wronged their own souls, earnestly bring Allah to mind, and ask for forgiveness for their sins,-and who can forgive sins except Allah?-and are never obstinate in persisting knowingly in (the wrong) they have done.” Whereas psychological refreshing means that Idul Fitri is moment of holiday, where you can gather with your big family and share happiness and joy. In addition, social refreshing means it is a momentum to decrease all political tension, especially in our country after presidential election.” He ended.

Dr. Abdul Mu’ti also ask everyone to maintain the national condition after Presidential Election 2019. “PP Muhammadiyah asked the political elite to reconsolidate and keep the good silaturahim. It aimed to be the role model for the citizens, there is no 01 and 02, but zero-zero instead. We forgive each other, understand each other to keep the harmony. Besides, social refreshing can also mean we start from zero and together achieve the goal.” He explained. “Our source of power is not what we can do alone, but how do we realise it in a group work. Thus, we have to work hand in hand for the sake of our nation’s and umma’s development.
