Every village in Indonesia has been given authority to manage its fund in order to improve the quality of services to the people and also strengthen its economy, symbolized with the term “Bali Desa Mbangun Desa (Back to the Village,  Build the Village). However, the implementation of it is still insufficient and in need of some further guidance. That is why seminars like this need to be held in order to succeed the program of Village Fund conducted by the government. Besides, village budget & financial transparency program also needs to run properly and based on the government’s policy on it so that it can be succeeded as well as useful for the people in general.

In addition to the purpose above, here are several other purposes of the seminar, such as:

– To make people understand the mechanism of village fund management and accountability

– To encourage people to be actively involved in village-funded programs.

– To encourage people to be involved in supervision of the village fund

– (for students) to let students know that they can participate in village fund managerial process through Student Community Service (KKN) Program

– To promote Accounting
