Rector of Unimus, Prof. Dr. Masrukhi welcomed the audience from NTUNHS

Semarang Ι (11/11/2019) It is a must for universities to go international and global. Considering to this, 7 representatives from IRO of NTUNHS (National Taipei University Nursing and Health Sciences) consisting of President, Vice President, Dean, and Director visited Unimus for MoA signing with Unimus. This signing MoA was conducted by Rector of Unimus, Prof. Dr. Masrukhi M.Pd. and President of NTUNHS, Prof. Hsieh, Nan Chen and witnessed by Prof. Dr. Drg. Sudibyo from The Council for Higher Education, Research and Development Central Board of Muhammadiyah. This agenda was conducted on Monday (11/11/2019) in FK Hall of Unimus. At that time, President of NTUNHS conducted MoU/MoA signing with several faculties and study programs in Unimus.

The point of collaboration promote student exchange, training program, international research collaboration and healthcare program (health, public health, medical laboratory, nursing, midwifery, food & nutrition, Medicine & Dentistry) with  NTUNHS Taiwan. Beside conducting signing MoU / MoA with Unimus, President of NTUNHS also sign Memorandum of understanding between 24 Rector/Director of Higher Education Institution in Indonesia.

This agenda was closed by the inauguration of Taipei Indonesia Health Education Care (TIHEC) in Indonesia. This agenda was attended by Rector of Unimus, Prof. Dr. Masrukhi, Majelis Diktilitbang PP Muhammadiyah, Prof. Dr. Drg. Sudibyo, President NTUNHS Prof. Hsieh, Nan Chen.

President of NTUNHS Prof. Hsieh, Nan Chen appreciated Unimus for supporting NTUNHS as the health education centre of Taiwan Indonesia. Thus, many people access programs such as master and doctoral degree or non degree program such as short course.

Prof. Masrukhi stated that Unimus strenghten the relationship with NTUNHS since it is state-owned higher education institution in Taiwan and it has great concern in health and nursing. ” We have signed MOU and MOA and officially open Taiwan Indonesia Healthcare Education Centre in Unimus, so that many people are able to visit and know more about NTUNHS and its programs”. “Nowadays, nursing department students of Unimus have participated in short course program in NTUNHS. Besides, some NTUNHS professors also conducted general lecture in Unimus. In addition, one alumni and two lecturers of Unimus continue their studies in NTUNHS” said Rector.
