M. Habib Shaleh in para cycling track of Asian Para Games 2018 (doc)

Unimus|(11/10/2018) M. Habib Shaleh (28), alumni of D3 Nutrition Department from Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang successfully gains outstanding achievement in international event Asian Para Games 2018. M. Habib Shaleh with his partner M Fadli and Marthin Losu compete in Men’s C1-5 Team Sprint to reach bronze medal.

This cycling track competition is held in Jakarta International Velodrome, Rawamangun on Thursday, 11 October 2018 was somewhat dramatic. Habib Shaleh fell in his first lap and finally got up and brought the bronze medal with his teammate. M. Habib Shaleh (C2), Muhammad Fadli Immamuddin (C4), and Marthin Losu (C5) recorded 5,008 seconds of Iran’s team consisting of Bahram S. Soleimani, Mahdi Mohammadi, and Saber Janbaz Rahimpour.

Habib was Football athlete from PPLP Football Club Region Central Java. After great accident on 2006, he suffered from cerebral palsy disease. Then, he tried to train himself para cycling track. He kept on trying to reach any achievement with his permanent injuries. Habib informed his outstanding achievement to his former advisor, Dr. Ali Rosidi, M.Si. Dr. Ali as the Vice Dean II in Fikkes stated that any permanent injuries suffered by Habib kept continuing to finish his study in Unimus and create achievement on behalf of Indonesia. “Although he is handicapped, he can easily adapt to any changes in him. Today, he is preparing another cycling competition 1000 meter on upcoming Saturday (13/10). In addition, Habib also enrol for CPNS formation in Salatiga.” Ended Dr. Ali.
